Utmaning: ToDo

This challenge will help you to start to learn to use the app ToDo to the most.

The ToDo app allows to get on top of your personal tasks and thereby achieve a ton of value.

The behaviour for you to perform daily is called ”My Day” and is very simple: just open up the app and add a task to the My Day view and you’re done.

During the 5-day challenge you will get tips on how to establish the routine as a habit. With the My Day as a daily habit, performed preferably in the morning, you will be able to plan for the day ahead by selecting which tasks you should prioritize for working on and completing. These tasks could come from either emails that you have flagged in Outlook, tasks that you have been assigned in Planner/Teams by your colleagues or tasks that you have entered yourself into your own personal task lists.

You will be able to use the My Day list of tasks for the day as a steering tool that will, for example, help you get back on track for the day after having been side tracked by any random event that happened that day. In this way, you stay open for what is happening but still are able to get to you own agenda for the day quickly.

To set up yourself up for being able to perform this habit is not difficult. We will provide you with everything you need once it gets close to start.
