We have a framework for helping teams to align their ways of working with Microsoft 365.
To run a program for a specific team, we first do an analysis of the team together with the team leader. The questions we consider are:
- How is the team working today?
- At what level are the team members when it comes to IT?
- Would gamification aspects work for the team?
- And more
The pre-study aims to understand the team in the best way in order to design an optimal program implementation. We then design a tailor-made program that will suit this specific team, and have high chances to be successful.
When we design the program, we can include the following
- Modules – that focus on one aspect of team collaboration in Microsoft 365 (if you want to learn about which modules we include, see the right menu)
- Routines – for the individual team member to perform in order to participate in the team collaboration
- Challenges – based on gamification we can include aspects like streaks and rewards
- Habit formation – methods based on neuroscience, for speeding up the adoption of new personal routines
